Fiber Laser Engraving
With this laser, we are able to engrave a number of materials like stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, gold, silver, titanium, ABS, PVC, ceramic, rock, stone, marble, leather, etc.
CO² Laser Engraving/Cutting
This laser is able to cut and engrave materials such as wood, leather, acrylic, marble, stone, paint, coated materials, cork, and some kinds of plastics, etc. Some of these materials can only be engraved and not cut. It’s always best to have a test piece just to make sure.
Light Milling/CNC
We offer light CNC and milling on materials like plastics, wood, and aluminum. Working on a DIY foot pedal box and need it drilled/milled, even a small wooded sign, or acrylic panels cut this may be an option.
Sublimation and DTF Printing
We offer these as prints to use for your own creations and as an end product. For prints contact us for more details on this. Sublimation is a prosses where the ink is heated and causes it to turn into a gas and bond to polyester permanently but is limited to a high polyester count substrate. DTF or Direct to Film is a prosses that can be put on cotton, polyester, blends, woods, and more but this type of printing/marking is a layer added to the item so there is a feel to it, unlike Sublimation.
Powder Coating
Powder Coating is a dry finishing process created by an electric charge that causes a dry powder to attract to the surface of the metal, then baked in a curing oven to achieve a smooth coating. It is a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint and lasts for years. Thinks like a tow hitch on a truck is normally Powder Coated. We offer over 100 colors that we stock and can spec order colors for any job. We are limited to a smaller oven so larger items like auto rims are not something we can do as of now.
Electronic Repair and Install
We offer electronic repair and installs. Such as LED lighting and small electronic repair. Anything from replacing a LED driver to installing lighting in your store cases, replacing that broken power port on your laptop, or replacing a loose USB port on an electronic device just to name a few examples.
